1995~
- Development of the simulator system for Subaru,
the astronomical observatory, on the top of Mauna Kea in Hawaii. - Design and development of X-ray photolithography equipment software.
- Design and development of software for MLCC.
2001~
- Design and development of electron beam control software.
- Design and development of photolithography system software.
- 300mm wafer electron beam inspection equipment.
- Design and development of big data analysis software for device shrinkage.
2008~
- Handling of approximately sixty types of equipment interfaces
(MES and inter-equipment I/F), such as semiconductor manufacturing
equipment and inspection equipment for device shrinkage. - Design and development of yield rate control software
for post-process of fabs. - Design and development of EES high capacity data analysis tools.
